At the initial meeting with the client, a STATCO client services professional familiar with the client's industry or their specific requirements is assigned to the client. Then a carefully selected support team of computer information technicians and information processing personnel are assigned to the client account. After discussions between the client and the STATCO support team, the scope of information services are identified. The support team works together with the client to assign responsibilities and schedule dates to accomplish the clients computer information management needs. The client services professional is the focal point for all communications between the client and STATCO. This constant contact keeps the client informed and produces an excellent, ongoing relationship with the valued client.
