Employment Eligibility Services
I-9 Forms and E-Verify Processing, Compliance and Management

Employment eligibility is the process of determining an individual’s legal right to work in the United States. Regardless of the number of employees, each employer has a federal requirement to complete an I-9 form and the employment eligibility processes. The completed I-9 form must be retained by the employer and made available for inspection to U.S. Government officials.
In addition to this federal requirement more employers are becoming subject to the requirement of employment verification (E-Verify®) through the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Federal Contractors are subject to increased verification requirements starting September 8, 2009 and a growing list of states have legislated the use of E-Verify. An increasing number of employers are using E-Verify for employment eligibility and find it eliminates Social Security mismatch letters on new hires and improves the accuracy of wage reporting. With the increased responsibility for employment eligibility and verification, more employers are turning to technology and services for management and compliance.
