STATCO'S
QUALIFICATIONS
STATCO has an extensive history and vast experience providing
high-volume, high-quality, timely data processing services.
Since 1959, the company has performed data entry and forms processing
for government and private industry. Today,
over 200 collective years of experience in commercial data processing
operations exist at STATCO. STATCO
has contracted, performed and completed tens of millions of dollars worth of
data processing contracts and has current, ongoing experience with high-volume
data processing applications. Our
method of operation is to cross-train data entry operators to ensure a pool of
qualified personnel is ready to meet significant and unexpected periodic
increases in transaction volume with no reduction in the quality of the work.
STATCO currently employs 30+ full-time employees and part-time
employees. STATCO employs a
full-time programming staff, which is a part of the project management team.
Programming and systems personnel are available on a daily basis to
accommodate any changes in transaction processing or output program
requirements. This staff is experienced in performing within high turn-around
processing environments and is available to adjust to changing operating
conditions as they occur.
For over 49 years, STATCO has processed confidential source document
information for government and private industry clients.
Examples of this experience are payroll information for IBM and other
employers in the 1960's; liquidation of assets for the Department of Insurance
in the 1970's; vehicle title transfers for the Texas Department of
Transportation and employee wage statements for Texas Employment Commission;
confidential historical locations for the Texas Historical Commission in the
1980's; confidential patient records for the Texas Department of Human
Services; and Texas Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse in the 1990's.
In the year 2000, STATCO’s document processing experience expanded
into providing services “on-site” at our client locations.
This allowed the company to expand our capacity and at the same time
meet the specific needs of these clients.
This is demonstrated by our contracts with the Texas Comptroller of
Public Accounts and the Texas Education Agency.
Proven, consistent procedures have controlled these transaction
documents and others without a breach of confidence or loss of document. As a
condition of employment, all STATCO employees are required to sign a
non-disclosure agreement.
STATCO is the owner and occupant
of our corporate location at 8870 Business Park Drive.
Both of our Austin Locations are equipped with a security system linked
to ADT’s UL listed Central Monitoring Station.
The central station provides 24-hours
a day, 7 days a week monitoring using redundant equipment and backup
receivers. STATCO's security
system includes heat sensors, motion sensors, smoke detection and
confidential, personalized deactivation codes.
Access to STATCO's computer is restricted to STATCO personnel only.
All programming, system maintenance or data transfers of Clients's
information are performed by STATCO authorized personnel only.
STATCO will allow the Client's designated representative free access to
STATCO's operating facilities for the purpose of evaluating STATCO's security
controls. |
