Data Entry Positions at STATCO - Please read this entire page before submitting your employment inquiry

We offer full-time and part-time positions based on the seasonality of our business. All staff are employees of the company and must perform their work at our corporate locations in Austin, Texas.  

WE DO NOT OFFER AT-HOME WORK OPPORTUNITIES OF ANY KIND - Please save both of us  valuable time and do not respond unless you are currently living in Austin, Texas or plan to relocate to our city and come to work at our office.

We are currently evaluating our workload to determine our staffing needs.  In the meantime, we encourage you to set a time to complete the application process.  Once you’ve passed the alpha-numeric test and the background check, you’ll be pre-qualified and on the waiting list.  This ensures you’ll be among the first to be called once we are ready to increase our staff. 

Below please find additional information about these positions, We encourage you to set a time to complete the application process.  This process includes an  alpha-numeric test and a background check.

Minimum requirements for Full-Time Day positions:

  •     10,000 KSPH with a 4% error rate

  •        40 hours/week (some overtime, including weekends, may be required)

  •        a set schedule of 8 hours min. per day .. to be worked between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm

Minimum requirements for Part-Time Day positions:

  •        10,000 KSPH with a 4% error rate

  •        25 hours/week (excluding voluntary weekend hours)

  •        a set schedule of 5 hours min. per day .. to be worked between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm

Minimum requirements for Evening positions:

  •        10,000 KSPH with a 4% error rate

  •        15 hours/week (excluding voluntary weekend hours)

  •        3 hours min./day .. we are open Monday-Thursday until 9:30 with an occasional mandatory Friday shift.

  •        All staff must work until closing once a week as assigned by Manager.

  •        May start work no earlier than 3:30 pm

If interested, please submit the following form or call (512-795-5000 x29) to set a time to take an alpha-numeric test (please leave a valid daytime phone number and/or email address where you can be reached). We test every 45 minutes between 8:15 am and 8:15 pm , Monday through Thursday.  On Fridays, our last test is at 3:00 pm. Please download, print, then complete our employment application and bring it with you on your scheduled testing date.

Please notify us if testing during your lunch hour so we can complete the process as soon as possible. Be sure to bring your completed application form.
