Payroll Time Card Data Entry Services

Accurate, timely and experienced payroll time card data entry services is just one of Statco’s core competencies.  Since the 1960’s we have provided payroll time card and time sheet data entry for Fortune 500 companies and other businesses with 10 to 10,000 employees.

Most of our data entry time card services are complete within 24-48 hours of time card or time sheet receipt. Validation routines for employee identification numbers, labor account codes, minimum and maximum hour ranges all contribute to high accuracy rates and satisfied customers (and employees!)

Typically payroll time cards are delivered to Statco as original time card / sheet forms or scanned image copies sent on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Employee time information is transcribed, validated and delivered back electronically in a format ready for import into payroll processing systems.
